Safe travels, and thank you for celebrating with us · Those who wish to stay longer are more than welcome to keep exploring this incredible city
Cairo is a vibrant, sprawling city. Here's how to navigate it comfortably during your stay.
Uber is the easiest and most reliable way to get around Cairo. It's widely available, uses GPS so you always know where you're going, and is more consistent than street taxis. Download it before you arrive.
White taxis are available everywhere. Always agree on a price before getting in, or insist on using the meter. For short trips within Giza or downtown, they're perfectly fine.
Cairo International Airport is approximately 45–60 minutes from the Marriott Mena House in Giza, depending on traffic. Inquire with your hotel about their shuttle service.
Cairo is well connected from most major cities. The main gateway is Cairo International Airport (CAI). We recommend staying close to the Giza Plateau to be near the venue and the pyramids.
Marriott Mena House
Pyramids Road, Giza · Steps from the Great Pyramids of Giza
A legendary Cairo landmark, Mena House has welcomed guests for over 150 years. Set on 40 acres of gardens at the foot of the Pyramids, it offers an unmatched setting. Staying here puts you steps from our wedding celebration — and waking up to a view you will never forget.
